Rabbit policy

Please read over our sales policy before inquiring. A form is required to be filled out, no exceptions. 

DEPOSITS

Our policy is ran on FCFS (first come first serve bases)- NO waiting list. 50%  NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required in order to reserve your bunny and that goes toward purchase price. We will not hold without a deposit. Deposits can be place through Venmo, PayPal, or Cash app. (Friends and family option only). The remaining balance is due 1 week before transport or pick up. If something happens to your bunny while in my care, you will receive a full refund. If gender makes are possible. If gender error happens while in my care, you will receive a full refund . If you choose not to complete the purchase for any reason, no refunds are given. The deposit is non transferable to another rabbit. Bunnies can be reserved at roughly 4 weeks old. 

Price Range 

Our price range for our holland lops and teddywidders is $150-$550 unless stated other wise and that is NOT negotiable. If that is not in your budget, that is completely okay. We are not in everyone’s budget. 

Getting Your Rabbit Home

Baby bunnies are ready to go to their new home at 8-9 weeks old. If local pick up, bunnies must be picked up a week from their ready to go date. If not picked up within the week of the ready to go date, $20 per week applies to the remaining balance and must be paid in advance. If using transport, we hold for 2 weeks from ready to go date. If being held more than 2 weeks of ready to go date, $20 a week for boarding fees applies to the remaining balance. If holding fees is not paid in advance, your bunny will be forfeited. 

Local Pick up 

A date will be arranged at the time of deposit. Pick ups is in Albany, KY at a public location unless arranged otherwise. Address will be provided when discussed. If meeting outside of Albany, flat rate gas fee will apply. Bring a carrier to bring your bunny home in as I do not provide that. 

Transport

Albany, KY is the preferred pick up location. Livingston, TN as back up reason being not all transports comes to our location.  Please note, transport is the buyers responsibility for arranging transport, transport fee, and all coordination with transport. It is buyers responsibility to give me the correct information. Transport fees vary depending on which one you use. Typical price range $80-$160. We are NOT responsible for any refunds of any kind associated with transport. We understand things happen, If transport is delayed, boarding fees still apply regardless. We work with approved transports and are happy to work with others, but please inquire first. 

Rabbit Health / Gender

To our knowledge, all of our rabbits are healthy upon leaving our farm. It is your responsibility to check over your rabbits condition at pick up. Once a rabbit leaves our farm, we are not responsible for their health or behavior conditions issues that can occur after the rabbit has left our farm. Gender mistakes can happen. It is your responsibility to check gender at pick up. No refunds are given if a rabbit is not the correct gender. If using transport, gender is checked at the time of pick up by transporter.

Refunds / Returns

All sales are final. We do not refund of any kind, unless something happens to your bunny in my care. If you have purchased a bunny from us and can no longer keep or whatever the reason may be, please reach out to us for first right of refusal.

Important things to know:

Feed: Blue Seal show hutch deluxe 17%. Transition feed is sent home with your bunny.

Refusal: Seller has the right to refuse / cancel sale at anytime, for any reason. 

Housing / Ownership: Our bunnies are garage kept, not climate controlled. Our bunnies use bowls for feed & water along with water bottles as well. 

Getting your bunny home: No bunny will leave until 8-9 weeks old. 

Updated photos: This one is huge, I do NOT send weekly photos as your bunny grows. If asked, I will send photos when I get a chance. 

Ghosting: I understand that even if I have placed a deposit down on a bunny and seller has tried contacting multiple times to contact buyer. If sell has not heard from buyer in 24 hours- your bunny will be posted again. I understand, no refunds are given even if deposit is placed. 

All bunnies comes with pedigree unless sold as pets then breeding rights are withheld.

Agreement 

By completing our form and submitting your deposit, you are agreeing to this scales policy, regardless if you read it entirely or not.
